AutoCAD Engineer Anaerobic Digestion

£45,000 + car allowance

MC Technical Recruitment are currently recruiting for an AutoCAD Engineer to work on process flow & detailed design on varied AD plant. This is an interesting opportunity to work within a design team who also support project delivery across the UK.

As the AutoCAD Engineer you will be responsible for:

• You must understand the process flow, tanks, engineering etc.
• Maintaining & updating detailed drawings including P&IDs & layouts
• Producing drawings for project proposals & improvement works
• Undertaking routine site visits to ensure drawings reflect live installations
• Supporting change management procedures & document control
• Assisting with installation & commissioning of improvement projects
• Promoting safe systems of work & contributing to a positive safety culture
• Other duties as required

To be considered for this role you should have:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D essential, 3D desirable)
• Experience producing mechanical / electrical / process engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail with document control & revision management
• The ability to liaise with site managers & project teams
• A full UK driving licence & willingness for occasional travel
