Plant Operations Manager

£55,000 - £65,000 (DOE)

MC Technical Recruitment are currently seeking to recruit an experienced AD Plant Manager / Operations Manager / Site Manager, to join a leading organisation in the Anaerobic Digestion sector, based at their site in Attleborough.

As the Plant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing daily operations
• Managing & developing a small multi-skilled team
• Implementing SOPs, maintenance schedules, etc.
• Ensuring health & safety is adhered to at all times
• Environmental auditing and ensuring operations within site permits
• Site project improvements and upgrades
• Other duties as required

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

• Experience as a Plant Manager / Site Manager on an AD process plant / gas to grid
• HNC/HND or apprenticeship in engineering/process related subject
• WAMITAB COTC level 4 desired
• Experience working within the AD/Biogas sector (or similar wastewater, water treatment, Energy from Waste, CHP, etc.)
• Project management experience is desirable

The package on offer includes an attractive basic salary £55,000 to £65,000 (depending on experience), plus company benefits.
