MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit an office-based Estimator for a business expanding with Renewable Energy Projects from a base in Portsmouth.

As Estimator you will be responsible for:

• Preparing cost estimates for mechanical, electrical & plumbing projects.
• Playing a key role in the bid / tender process.
• Ensuring all proposals are competitive & aligned with client requirements.
• Working across residential, commercial, industrial & renewable energy sectors.
• Other duties as required.

To be considered for this role you should have:

• Proven track record of estimating within the MEP sector.
• Strong commercial awareness with strong numerical & problem-solving skills.
• HNC or similar in mechanical / electrical engineering / QS or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing systems.
• Good organisational skills.
