Maintenance Manager – Energy from Waste

£72,000 plus car allowance plus bonus

MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Manager to ensure the effective & efficient maintenance of an EfW Power Plant

As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the delivery of the planned & unplanned maintenance activities at site
• Set & manage the annual maintenance budget
• Manage the non routine major maintenance budget
• Manage the CMMS system
• Technical leadership
• Other duties as required

To be considered for this role you should have:

• Management experience of Maintenance Engineers & Technicians
• A good level of Engineering qualifications, prefer HNC / HND
• It would be advantageous to have a good understanding of Waste & Energy from Waste technologies such as thermal power, Anaerobic Digestion or Waste Recycling facilities
• Good organising & planning skills
