Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer

MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Engineer for a Renewable Energy company based near Corby.

The main focus of this role will be the hands on maintenance of Anaerobic Digestion Plant and Wastewater Treatment Plant. With a 50/50 focus on Mechanical and Electrical Engineering this is a great role for a skilled engineer looking for a role within renewable energy.

As a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment including pumps, motors, valves, gearboxes.
• Fault diagnosis, resolving both mechanical and electrical issues.
• Help oversee commissioning of new plant and create and implement procedures.
• Manage feedstock supplies and prepare weekly reports.
• Other duties as required.

To be considered for this role you should have:

• Relevant experience, ideally from Anaerobic Digestion or Energy from Waste.
• Ideally a relevant qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Strong communication skills and experience in managing your own workload.
• A full UK driving licence.
