Work Preparation/Supply Chain Coordinator

MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Work Preparation / Supply Chain Coordinator – Services to be based in the Netherlands

This role will involve coordinating work preparation and supply chain activities to support service operations, ensuring materials, resources, and schedules are in place to deliver projects efficiently and on time.

As a Work Preparation / Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

· Planning and coordinating work preparation activities for the service department.

· Managing the supply of materials, equipment, and components required for service projects.

· Liaising with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.

· Preparing work orders, schedules, and documentation to support field service activities.

· Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating replenishment where required.

· Identifying opportunities to improve planning, logistics, and supply chain processes.

· Working closely with engineering, procurement, and service teams to ensure efficient project execution.

· Other duties as required

To be considered for this role you should have:

· Previous experience in work preparation, production planning, supply chain, logistics, or service coordination.

· Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.

· Experience working within a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment.

· Good understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Fluency in English; Dutch language skills would be advantageous.
