Assembly Coordinator

Salary up to €70,000

MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit an assembly Coordinator / Production Manager to be based at an assembly facility in Koudum, Friesland, Netherlands.

This role will involve leading the day-to-day assembly and production activities, ensuring operational efficiency, high quality standards, and the effective management of people, processes, and resources.

As a Assembly Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

· Managing the daily operations of the assembly and production facility.

· Leading, motivating, and developing the production and assembly teams.

· Planning and coordinating production schedules to meet customer and business requirements.

· Monitoring productivity, quality, and performance to drive continuous improvement.

· Ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.

· Managing resources, materials, and workflow to maximise operational efficiency.

· Working closely with engineering, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth production operations.

· Other duties as required

To be considered for this role you should have:

· Proven experience in a production, manufacturing, or assembly management role.

· Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing production teams.

· A good understanding of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and production planning.

· Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.

· Fluency in English; Dutch language skills would be advantageous.
