MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Regional Operations Manager to lead field service teams across the South East

As an Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing, supporting and leading a team of field service technicians across the region.
• Contributing to the planning and execution of agreed goals and measurable targets
• Responsible for ensuring team members receive the appropriate training, coaching and performance management to perform their role to the highest standard
• Establish and maintain an effective debriefing process on a frequent basis to ensure goals and targets are met
• Contribute to grading evaluations and development planning as required

To be considered for this role you should have:

• Proven 3-4 years field service experience as a service technician with proven experience leading a team
• An Electrical qualification is required ; with previous work on single and 3 phase equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
• Excellent organisation and computer skills
• Experience in the warewash and or catering industry is desirable
