MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Project Manager – European Operations to be based in Joure, Netherlands.

This role will involve leading and delivering strategic projects across European operations, ensuring successful execution from concept through to completion while working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

· Managing multiple projects across European operations from initiation to completion.

· Developing project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource requirements.

· Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

· Identifying and managing project risks, issues, and opportunities.

· Building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple European locations.

· Providing regular project updates and reporting to senior management.

· Driving continuous improvement and implementing project management best practices

· Other duties as required

To be considered for this role you should have:

· Proven experience managing complex projects within an international or multi-site environment.

· Strong project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.

· Experience using recognised project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile.

· Excellent communication and organisational skills.

· Fluent English, both written and spoken (additional European languages would be advantageous).

Willingness to travel occasionally across Europe.
