MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Field Service Engineering Manager

This role will involve managing a small team of field based mechanical technicians covering the southeast of England.

As a Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading a mechanical O & M team across the Southeast.
• The geographical area to be covered includes Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex & Kent.
• This is a hands on leadership role requiring strong operational, technical & people management skills.
• You will deliver high reliability on electrical generating assets including Solar & Wind, but most Gas Engines (both dirty & natural).
• Using the Maximo system to generate orders & technical support.
• Other duties as required.

To be considered for this role you should have:

• Strong mechanical knowledge.
• Previous experience leading an engineering team.
• Strong people management skills.
• The ability to travel across the region.
• Full, clean driving licence.

The offer:

The package on offer for this role includes a salary up to £65,000 plus excellent bonus, car allowance etc, plus company benefits including pension & holidays.
