MC Technical Recruitment Ltd are recruiting for a Technical Operator / Lance Operator to join a business that delivers industrial boiler cleaning services to Energy from Waste and Biomass Power Plants across the UK and Ireland.

You’ll work as part of a small team, using specialist heavy-duty equipment in challenging environments. This is a physical, hands-on job requiring attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety.

As a Technical Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Support the Team Leader with manual cleaning and servicing tasks
• Operate and maintain specialist industrial equipment
• Follow health & safety procedures and work instructions
• Help manage tools and stock
• Travel regularly to client sites

To be considered for this role you should have:

• Physically fit and comfortable in industrial settings
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Able to follow safety protocols and instructions
• Willing to travel and stay away as needed
• Previous experience in a “hands on “role in an industrial setting e.g. manufacturing, FMCG, production facility etc
