MC Technical Recruitment are seeking to source a Project Development Manager who will fully develop large scale District Heating Schemes across the UK, powered by anything from energy from waste power stations to ground source heat pumps.

As part of the Business Development Team, you will be responsible for:

• Taking projects following financial close on deal

• Coordinate between Design Engineering, Architects, Estimators, Consultants, Contractors, legal firms and Planning Authorities

• Develop heat network schemes / District Energy Networks

• Assist to lead on city scale decarbonisations

• Develop low carbon infrastructure

To be considered for this role you should have:

• A background in the energy sector such as District Heating, EfW, biomass, power generation, Anaerobic Digestion, Wind or Solar or a related process sector

• A degree (or equivalent experience) in engineering or environmental science or similar

• Ability to process large amounts of information

• be very numerical

This is a permanent hybrid position based in London. You will need a full UK driving licence.

The offer:

• A basic salary up to c£45,000 to £70,000, depending on experience
