MC Technical Recruitment is working with a growing engineering business to recruit a Sales Support Engineer to join their team based in Stafford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ambitious and driven, with strong attention to detail, to step into a pivotal role supporting the sales team and working alongside international stakeholders.

As a Sales Support Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in managing the full sales support process, including:

• Supporting with the back-end of the sales process
• Day-to-day administration and coordination
• Liaising with customers and suppliers
• Managing and updating the CRM system
• Coordinating project information and ensuring smooth internal communication
• Helping to keep the sales process running efficiently behind the scenes
• Attending site occasionally to meet with customers and qualify needs
• Other duties as required

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A dynamic, motivated individual looking to grow within a technical sales environment

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills—comfortable liaising with internal teams, customers, and overseas contacts
• A team player who’s also happy to take initiative
• Interest in engineering or technical sectors (previous experience or a degree is a bonus, but not essential)
• Full UK driving licence
