Decommissioning Site Manager

c£61,000 plus vehicle plus bonus

MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit two Decommissioning Site Managers for an international business, in a role that will take you the length & breadth of the UK.

As a Site Manager, you will have a varied & interesting role managing teams taking apart submarines & oil rigs.

As Site Manager you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing safe & efficient decommissioning operations.
• Conducting daily site meetings with operatives & contractors.
• Managing & ensuring H&S compliance & environmental regulations.
• Escalate complex matters to Senior Contracts Manager.
• Manage waste streams in accordance with site waste management plan.
• Conduct progress meetings with clients to report on project status.
• Other duties as required.

To be considered for this role you should have:

• CCDO Manager Black Card level 6 NVQ.
• Asbestos qualification.
• Experience in decommissioning works.
• You must have, or be able to gain, SC Clearance.
• The ability to travel to sites as required.
