Logistics Coordinator

MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Logistics Coordinator to establish operations within a new facility to ensure the smooth movement of vehicles & support site operations.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Managing all on site vehicle movements focusing on arrivals, unloading and departures
• Being first point of contact for all drivers, conducting induction & safety briefing
• Maintaining vehicle movement logs
• Monitoring & support Weighbridge
• Managing inbound & outbound logistics
• Other duties as required

To be considered for this role you should have:

• A strong interest in logistics & site operations
• Experience in the haulage industry
• Full, UK driving licence &
• Ideally a Fork Lift Truck licence (training can be provided)
• The ability to use an IT system to log & schedule vehicles & weighbridge inputs
