Field Service Technician

MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Field Service Technician to service and maintain CHP Engines, on a field service basis covering various sites across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an international business.

As the Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Field-based maintenance across multiple sites, covering the UK.

• Complete routine of Powergen Equipment

• Electrical and mechanical preventative and reactive maintenance

• To provide unplanned technical, hands-on troubleshooting to all Powergen assets

• Engine Overhauls and rebuilds

• Be part of an on-call rota system

• Ensuring health and safety at all times

• Other duties required

To be considered for this role you should have:

• Experience repairing reciprocating engines, gas engines or CHP gen sets

• A recognised mechanical apprenticeship or similar

• Demonstrable skills in electrical and mechanical maintenance

• Good knowledge of health and safety

• Full UK driving license
