MC Technical Recruitment is working with a UK leader in environmental solutions, to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for an industrial hazardous waste management site based in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation focused on sustainability and innovation.

As the Electrical Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing day-to-day EC&I maintenance support on site
• Safely isolating and testing electrical and instrumentation equipment
• Fault diagnosis and resolution of EC&I issues
• Inspection, calibration, and service of control instruments and site equipment
• Supporting installation and commissioning of minor EC&I projects
• Assisting with mechanical breakdowns and continuous improvement activities
• Contributing to health and safety audits and using the CMMS system for reporting

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Time-served experience as an electrical engineer
• CompEx 1-4 qualifications (ideal)
• Strong experience with 4-20mA, single/3-phase systems
• Proficiency in SCADA, PID controllers, and process instrumentation
• Basic mechanical understanding to assist during breakdowns
