Up to £32,000 plus bonus & benefits

MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit an Administrator on behalf of a growing business operating within the renewable energy and waste management sector.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy operational site, supporting the day-to-day administration of the business. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for an organised and motivated individual looking to develop their career within a supportive and growing organisation.

As the Administrator, you will be responsible for:

• Providing general administrative support across the site
• Processing documentation relating to incoming and outgoing waste movements
• Operating the site weighbridge (full training provided)
• Recording and maintaining operational and site data using Microsoft Excel
• Supporting the Site Management Team with daily operational activities
• Assisting with Health & Safety administration and compliance requirements
• Ensuring accurate record keeping and maintaining site documentation
• Carrying out additional administrative duties as required to support the wider team
• Other duties as required

To be considered for this role you should have:

• Previous administration experience (desirable but not essential)
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• The ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive approach with the ability to work using your own initiative
• Strong communication skills and a professional manner
• Previous weighbridge experience would be advantageous, although full training will be provided
