Cherie Davies, Managing Director of MC Technical Recruitment, has been named UK Recruitment Businesswomen of the Year 2026 at the Women in Business Awards hosted by Business Awards UK. Competing against entries from across the UK, Cherie’s achievement reflects six years of determination, resilience, and strategic growth since founding her Portsmouth based technical recruitment business.
